This essay will be talking about what things can athletes do to increse their stamina, and by stamina it means speed, and endurance. some of the topics it will be touching will be food, vitamins, minerals, “quick fixes”

Thesis:
There are many ways to get a better stamina on any sport, just by eating right, or getting a different workout. “ Quick fixes” are not always good for you, on the long run they can affect you badly. Reaserchers have found that the best way of getting a better stamina is working out, eating right, and getting the right vitamins you need.

Conclution: The point I want to make with this essay is that food can actually affect your stamina when working out and what to eat depending on what you need.
One thing that I noticed that was missing in your outline were quotes. One thing that I liked from your outline were that all the sub subjects were great they could all lead you to create a great essay. One question that I have is what exactly is your main point of your paper? I get the main idea of the paper but your thesis was still a little unclear to me or maybe the abstract was what was a little unclear, you might want to go and recheck that part. One last suggestion that I would make is to just reread your outline, add quotes and go over your thesis, abstract, and Intro. Other then that your outline was good for one or two typos in there that i'm sure you'll notice at some other time but I can't wait to read your research paper :)
